Home Equity Loan Rates are quoted for owner occupied 1-4 family properties, owner occupied residential condominiums and second homes with a maximum combined loan to value (CLTV) of 80% of the appraised value. Home Equity Plus rates are quoted for owner-occupied single-family properties and owner-occupied residential condominiums with a combined loan to value (CLTV) from 80.1% to 90% of the appraised value.
Payments are based on $1,000 borrowed. Payments do not include taxes and insurance. If escrow of taxes, homeowner’s insurance and flood insurance is required or requested, the actual payments will be higher.

Payment plans are 10 years interest only with a minimum monthly payment of $50 during the draw period, followed by 10-year repayment period of principal and interest payments. An early termination fee of $500 will be assessed at the time of payoff if the line of credit is closed within 36 months of the date of the Note.

On all Equity Loan and Line Products, properties with two to four units, or over 10 acres or held in Chapter 61, 61A, 61B, will require a full appraisal at the borrower’s expense, refundable upon closing. Appraisal fees range from $500 to $690 depending on the type of property. The fee may be forfeited on withdrawn or denied applications. Chapter 61 properties maximum LTV is 70%.
