Cornerstone Bank is honored to announce its recent three year, $60,000 commitment to sponsor the Canal District Shuttle. The shuttle provides free service to employees and customers of the Canal District by driving from four satellite parking lots and making stops throughout the district.
The area is a popular dining and shopping destination and the traffic is likely to increase with the addition of Polar Park. The Canal District shuttle will offer convenience to those parking off-site. These lots are located at 156 Washington Street, 172 Washington Street, 182 Washington Street, and 9 Langdon Street, creating over 200 free parking spaces.
βIt is an exciting time for Worcester, and weβre happy to be able to contribute with a sponsorship that will help both businesses and customers,β said Cornerstone Bank President & Treasurer Todd M. Tallman. βWe are pleased to support the Canal District and their expansions,β commented Cornerstone Bank Chairman & CEO K. Michael Robbins.
