Cornerstone Bank proudly announces its recent donation of $2,500 to the March of Dimes 2018 March for Babies annual fundraiser. The donation will support the services provided by the March of Dimes to women and babies.
Celebrating its 80th year, the March of Dimes provides support and solutions to area mothers and infant children to address the complex public health issues of premature birth, birth defects and infant mortality. The organization fights for the health of all babies by supporting research, leading programs and providing education and advocacy. The March of Dimes mission is to support mothers through every stage of the pregnancy journey.
We were proud to be one of the sponsors of the 2018 Worcester March for Babies, which was held on Sunday, April 29th. This event welcomed hundreds of participants and has raised $182,000 thus far!
“March of Dimes has been influential in its fight to help mothers and children to live the healthiest and best life possible,” stated Chairman and CEO K. Michael Robbins of Cornerstone Bank. “We’re happy to support its mission to unite our community members with the knowledge, tools and support they need.”
